SHIPPING COST:

The cost of shipping is determined by the number of units ordered, shipping location, and delivery service selected.  The cost of each option can be viewed during checkout.

SHIPPING POLICY:

All orders are shipped within one business day.  Orders placed over the weekend or on a holiday are shipped on the next business day.  You will be notified by email when you order has shipped.

UNITED STATES: We offer domestic shipping through UPS and USPS. 

INTERNATIONAL: Due to COVID-19 shipping delays, we are temporarily NOT accepting most international orders.  Please contact us directly for any international orders.  We will provide you with a current shipping quote.

WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS:

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay the shipping cost to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.

DELAYED OR LOST ORDERS:

A parcel is considered lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 15 business days for US orders and 21 business days for international orders.  We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the courier.  Although orders normally take much less than that, we are unable to dispatch a replacement until this period of time has elapsed.
